BODY

Our thoughts directly affect our body. For instance, if we have negative or positive thoughts, we will experience them as feeling happy or sad. The body responds with excitement, anxiety, heightened energy or feeling depleted. Thoughts become a very real experience for us in our day to day, and over time, affect our overall state of health. Even when we think about the word “Disease” it breaks down into this simple concept: “Dis - Ease”, a body not in a state of ease. With this understanding, we can see how all disease is created in the mind first before it is manifested in the body. A mind at war manifests a body at war with itself.

Louise Hay has been my greatest mentor in this area of healing and transformation. She was able to support and prove that each disease in the body was caused by a specific belief that the subconscious mind was neurologically firing on autopilot. She wrote one of the most important books, I refer to as my medical bible, “You Can Heal Your Life”. She listed from A-Z every disease the human body can experience and provided the negative belief that was causing the ailments and the positive affirmation to rewire the brain to impress the subconscious mind to create new neural pathways to reverse the issue.

In order to heal at the cellular level, it is imperative to figure out what the belief pattern is and then to reprogram our thoughts to create new, empowering and healthy beliefs.

This is the problem with mainstream medicine. They do not heal at the cellular level; they only control the symptoms with pharmaceutical drugs rather than connecting and admitting that the mind and body are divinely connected and are affecting each other.

In all essence, the more gratitude and appreciation we give to our body the more it will thrive and naturally tune to its highest potential.

It's important to remember that as much as the mind affects the body, the body also affects the mind!

By taking care of our nervous system & immune system, we are supporting our entire being:ness to feel healthy, alive and empowered to create a life of feeling well.

Learning the mechanics of the body is important to know just as we would learn about the vehicles that we drive.

Proper nutrition and hydration is vital for our bodies to function at optimal levels giving us the life force we need to thrive.

Eating foods that contain enzymes and raw nutrition will support the body and its systems to function properly.

“We are what we eat” is the truiist statement around. We are a reflection of what we are ingesting on a daily basis.

When we nourish and properly tend to our body, we allow for our natural defence system to protect our cells and empower our innate ability to HEAL.
